If you’d rather not design one from scratch, this is the set I’d put out myself. Six classics around the rim:
- Parmesan and honey bites
- Pinzimonio: celery, olive oil, vinegar, sea salt, pepper
- Whipped tuna: tuna, Philadelphia, oil
- Marinated olives: rosemary, oil, sea salt
- Bruschetta: basil, tomatoes, sourdough
- Prosciutto tartine: crostini, mozzarella, prosciutto
