A spoon rest lives by a hot pan and catches a hot, dripping spoon, so it’s made to take it. Heat safe, dishwasher safe, microwave safe. Stir your sauce, rest the spoon, wipe it down, do it again tomorrow. The painting is fired into the glaze, so the heat and the washing never wear it away.
